30-DAY RETURN POLICY
AMERLIFE offers a 30-day return for all online orders. If you discover any quality issues with the purchased item, you may request a return at no additional cost. We will process your exchange or return request as swiftly as possible.
You may request a return if you found any quality issues with your purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in a brand-new, unused condition;
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation;
- Take photographs of the item and its packaging before returning;
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total for each item returned for reasons other than quality issues.
- A re-packaging fee will apply if the original packaging is not available.
Return Process
If you insist on requesting a return due to quality issues or other personal reasons, please follow the brief process outlined below.
- Photograph the product or record a video about the flaw; then contact our after-salesservice team at support@amerlifehome.com to initiate the return process.
- Our after-sales team will promptly contact with you upon receiving your request and will coordinate the details of the return (please note that our customer service hours are 9:30pm -- 2:30am EST. Weekday, 6:30pm -- 9:30pm PST. Weekday.
- To ensure a smooth return experience, we will process your refund as soon as possible after the item is collected, returning the amount to your original payment account.
*Note: Any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.
* A few items can't be returned, including:
- Clearance items or order with gift card;
- Customized items;
- Offline purchase (items or parts not listed on our website)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Assembled or disassembled products;
- Without original packaging (including the crate or wooden box or its fillers) or serious damage to the original packaging.
Exchanges
We offer a free exchange service for products with quality issues, including missing parts, damage, or defects. You may initiate a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please note that we do not support exchanges for personal reference due to the high costs associated with the transportation and logistics of large items. For exchange requests based on personal preferences (such as product appearance, style, color, or incorrect size estimation), a 30% exchange and restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as the returned item is received at our warehouse. To ensure a seamless return experience, we will process your refund within 48 hours, crediting the amount back to your original payment account (with any applicable deductions reflected in the refunded amount). Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Or refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.
